This agreement is between Customer/Student and Encompass International LLC, DBA College For All, an educational endeavor/corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, and in coordination with Thomas Edison State University, in Trenton, New Jersey.
Customer/Student agrees to pay College For All $499/mo in exchange for program services as described below. This amount may be different in the case of College For All issued scholarships and partnership discounts.
DISCLOSURES – WHAT COLLEGE FOR ALL DOES DO:
College For All helps the Customer/Student by offering study materials, student advising, and support to students as to adequately prepare them for exam day on which they will take CLEP/DSST examinations for college credit. College For All does not promise the passing of every exam since it is ultimately up to each student to put in the time and effort to be prepared for exam day. College credits earned through CLEP and DSST exams are eligible to be transferred to our partner university Thomas Edison State University in New Jersey.
DISCLOSURES – WHAT COLLEGE FOR ALL DOES NOT DO:
College For All does not provide classes leading directly to college credit, nor provide college credit itself. College For All agrees to provide self-help educational assistance to Customer/Student at the Customer/Student’s particular direction, and coaching to an individual. College For All will provide educational resources and directional assistance, but the primary onus of education is upon the Customer/Student. College For All does not issue college credit, nor does it provide the degree itself. College For All does not warrant or represent that obtaining a 4-year college degree will lead to a particular job or a job itself, as there are many factors related to employment. College For All does not guarantee that students who apply to our partner university (Thomas Edison State University) or any other institution of higher education will be accepted. Elements for being accepted into a university or college depend on the institution. Students will be required to provide a high school diploma, high school diploma equivalent, or a GED to be accepted to our partner university, as well as, other institutions of higher education in the Middle States accreditation.
REFUND POLICY:
College For All will provide Customer/Student with a one month refund if Customer/Student is dissatisfied with the program within that same month, upon failing the exam. By issuing a request for a refund students will no longer be in the program and their student login will be terminated.
TERMINATION POLICY: Upon written communication with our academic staff Customer/Student can discontinue their services with College For All for any reason, which will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle. As a student pays as they progress through the program, a student can withdraw at any time and not be negatively affected.
PAUSING ACCOUNT:
Upon one month’s notice students will be able to pause their account until they are ready to continue on with the program. This is a unique option from simply terminating an account because it gives student’s the option to take a break from their studies for whatever reason they have, such as unexpected familial duties, without needing to completely end their time in the program. Pausing restrictions may apply to special offers which amounts are below the standard $399/mo rate. The pausing option will not be available when students select the semester or the annual payment option when enrolling into the program.
TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY: College For All will provide students with textbook materials as each particular course requires. If students are taking more than one individual course, they will be mailed multiple textbooks at a time. Students may utilize these textbooks throughout their studies in the courses corresponding to the material. Once students complete the final course corresponding to their received textbook materials, they will have a period of 14 days to return all outstanding textbooks received in the initial package. If the student has not returned the textbook(s) within a 14 day period, after completing the corresponding course(s), a one-time charge of $20, per outstanding textbook, will be charged to the student’s account on the next monthly bill.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR STUDENTS UNDER 14 YEARS OLD:
I the “student” acknowledge that enrolling into the College For All program being under the age of 14 years old does not guarantee me the “student” acceptance into the College For All partner university, Thomas Edison State University. By enrolling into the College For All program under 14 years old, I acknowledge I am receiving exam preparation materials to support me as the “student” in passing college-level exams accredited by the American Council of Education. The age requirements for the College For All partner university, Thomas Edison State University, and all other institutions of higher education are subject to their own age requirement and regulations of acceptance. Students under the age of 20 will need to prepare for and pass the enrollment accuplacer exam for acceptance within our partner university, TESU.
CONTRACTUAL EXPECTATIONS:
As a Customer/Student, I understand that I am responsible for my own actions, and will conduct myself with diligence, honesty, and integrity. I accept that failure to conduct myself accordingly can result in temporary suspension or termination of this contract. I also will pay all monthly tuition fees according to the terms of this agreement.
FREE TRIAL POLICY AND EXPECTATIONS:
Students that use the coupon upon checkout to receive the 100% coupon offer for a free month in the College For All program, are guaranteed to not be charged for 30 days after enrollment. Once the 30-day trial is complete students then acknowledge that they will be charged for the following months in the program. If a student wishes to unenroll before being charged after the 30-day trial, a written notice (email) will need to be sent to the College For All admissions email, and the necessary action will be followed to unenroll the student who signed up for the free month (30 day) trial.
MRB (Military Recruit Benefits) Program Terms and Agreements
Participants of College For All’s Military Recruit Benefits Program agree that they both understand and accept the following terms and acknowledgments.
MRB Refund Policy
Participants acknowledge that the $600 payment for the MRB (Military Recruit Benefits) Program is nonrefundable regardless of how students fair in their studies or if credit is earned. Participants acknowledge that this is because the $600 program fee is already a drastically discounted rate for the opportunity and preparation to earn up to 24 college credits through CLEP examinations upon passing.
MRB Academic Acknowledgments
Participants acknowledge that all college credit within the MRB (Military Recruit Benefit) Program is earned by the passing of CLEP examinations with a score of 50 or higher, and not by the completion of a course. College For All agrees to prepare participants for CLEP examinations by providing online study materials including but not limited to video lectures, powerpoint presentations, and flashcards as well as personalized academic advising should a participant reach out for additional guidance.
MRB (Military Recruit Benefits) and Policy Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge that College For All can not and does not guarantee that the military’s policy on pay increases and rank advancement will remain unchanged from date 3/23/2020. Participants acknowledge that College For All is not responsible for future changes in military policy.
