College For All does not promise the passing of every exam since it is ultimately up to each student to put in the time and effort to be prepared for exam day. College credits earned through CLEP and DSST exams are eligible to be transferred to our partner university Thomas Edison State University in New Jersey.
DISCLOSURES – WHAT COLLEGE FOR ALL DOES NOT DO:

College For All does not warrant or represent that obtaining a 4-year college degree will lead to a particular job or a job itself, as there are many factors related to employment. College For All does not guarantee that students who apply to our partner university (Thomas Edison State University) or any other institution of higher education will be accepted. Elements for being accepted into a university or college depend on the institution. Students will be required to provide a high school diploma, high school diploma equivalent, or a GED to be accepted to our partner university, as well as, other institutions of higher education in the Middle States accreditation.
College For All will provide Customer/Student with a one month refund if Customer/Student is dissatisfied with the program within that same month, upon failing the exam. By issuing a request of refund students will no longer be in the program and their student login will be terminated.
TERMINATION POLICY: Upon written communication with our academic staff Customer/Student can discontinue their services with College For All for any reason, which will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle. As a student pays as they progress through the program, a student can withdraw at any time and not be negatively affected.
Upon one month’s notice students will be able to pause their account until they are ready to continue on with the program. This is a unique option from simply terminating an account because it gives student’s the option to take a break from their studies for whatever reason they have, such as unexpected familial duties, without needing to completely end their time in the program. Pausing restrictions may apply to special offers which amounts are below the standard $499/mo rate.
TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY: College For All will provide students with textbook materials as each particular course requires. If students are taking more than one individual course, they will be mailed multiple textbooks at a time. Students may utilize these textbooks throughout their studies in the courses corresponding to the material. Once students complete the final course corresponding to their received textbook materials, they will have a period of 14 days to return all outstanding textbooks received in initial package. If the student has not returned the textbook(s) within a 14 day period, after completing the corresponding course(s), a one-time charge of $20, per outstanding textbook, will be charged to the student’s account on the next monthly bill.
As a Customer/Student, I understand that I am responsible for my own actions, and will conduct myself with diligence, honestly, and integrity. I accept that failure to conduct myself accordingly can result in temporary suspension or termination of this contract. I also will pay all monthly tuition fees according to the terms of this agreement.
